If feedback is delayed, especially for recurring work like social content, I may move forward using previously approved images and copy to maintain consistency. Project timelines may also shift as needed to keep overall work on track.

• Ongoing monthly services are due by the 1st
• Project work is billed as a deposit and final balance. Larger projects may include a midpoint installment
• Smaller projects and recurring work are billed upfront

If payments for ongoing content creation are delayed, previously approved content may be scheduled to maintain consistency. New content for the upcoming month will begin once payment is received.

Each project or monthly scope is outlined in advance. Revisions outlined in the project scope are part of the process, but additional requests outside of the agreed scope may be billed separately.

Timelines are discussed at the start of each project. Delays in communication or approvals may shift delivery dates to keep overall work on track.
